We provide support 12 hours per day, 5 days per week, 365 days per year usually with 15 minutes response time. It is our clients who know how good our support is!
We closely monitor clients needs and have the support window open for them when the maximum number of clients need our support. So the 12 hours window does change during the day. If you, our valuable client, ask for support outside the 16 hour window, do not worry, we have not forgotten you and we will come back to you within hours, that is our promise to you.
